To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all hotel-inclusive New Year’s Eve packages.

1. Package Inclusions

Your New Year’s Eve Package includes:

• 1 or 2 nights of hotel accommodation in Istanbul (depending on package)

• New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise, Gala Dinner, or Rooftop Party

• Round-trip hotel transfers for the event

• Breakfast at the hotel (for overnight stays)

• Local taxes and service charges

• Roundtrip Airport transfers

Optional add-ons may include  city tours, or extra nights upon request.

2. Payment Policy

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before December 31.

• Payments can be made via Western Union, bank transfer, Deposite can be paid secure online payment link.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Refunds are handled according to the following schedule:

• Cancellations before December 15: 100% refund

• Cancellations between December 16–23: 50% refund

• After December 24: Non-refundable (due to high season arrangements and pre-paid hotel costs)

• If the event is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen conditions (weather, safety, etc.), guests will receive a full refund of New years eve Activity or date change option.

4. Guest Information

Guests must provide full names, passport details, and arrival times at least 7 days before check-in.
Hotel rooms are based on double or twin occupancy unless otherwise requested.

5. Check-in & Event Timing

• Hotel check-in: After 14:00 on the day of arrival

• Hotel check-out: Before 12:00 noon

• New Year’s Eve event starts around 20:30 and ends after midnight (~01:30–04:00 depends your package).

• Transfers will be arranged based on your hotel location and event venue. ( for New years eve dinner cruise)

• If required Transfer for rooftop and restaurant we can arrange with an extra fee

6. Dinner & Drinks Policy

• Buffet or set menu is included depending on the event type.

• Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included unless stated otherwise.

• Imported beverages and special orders may incur additional costs. pls ask before booking 

7. Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old: Free (no separate seat/bed)

• Children 4–8 years old: 50% discount (shared room with parents)

• Children 9 years and above: Full price applies

8. Important Warnings & Notes

• Please book early — New Year’s Eve packages with hotel sell out quickly.

• Unregistered guests are not permitted in hotel rooms or at the event.

• Smoking may be restricted depending on the venue and hotel policy.

• Weather conditions may affect cruise operations; indoor alternatives will be provided when necessary.

• For your safety, follow all instructions from the tour and event staff during transfers and events.
