Private Vehicle Hire Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 days before service: Full refund.
Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
Changes must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Group Bus Rental Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 days before service: Full refund.
7–13 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
All group cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our office.
Refunds are made within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Service
All vehicles (Minibus, Bus, and Private Transfers) are operated by licensed professional drivers in compliance with Turkish tourism and transport regulations. Self-drive options are not available.
2. Inclusions
- Professional and experienced driver
- Fuel for the agreed itinerary
- Highway & parking fees (if specified in the booking)
- Air-conditioned and comfortable vehicles suitable for group size
NOTE: Read Carefully the Tourist guide policy for Cappadocia minibus rental below
In Turkey, a licensed tourist guide is compulsory for all sightseeing or tour programs made with a bus or minibus.
For transfers or point-to-point travel, a guide is not required.
This rule ensures your trip is safe, informative, and fully compliant with Turkish tourism regulations.
3. Exclusions
- Entrance fees to attractions or museums
- Meals, drinks, and personal expenses
- Extra driving hours beyond the agreed itinerary
- Hotel accommodation for driver (on multi-day trips, unless specified)
- 4. Service Hours
- Daily vehicle use is limited to 10 hours per day (08:00–18:00 recommended).
- Extended hours may incur overtime charges, subject to driver rest periods and road safety rules.
5. Booking & Payment
- A deposit (usually 20–30%) is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance can be paid before the tour date via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receiving a written confirmation email.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy above for full details. All requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Vehicle Replacement
In the unlikely event of mechanical issues or other disruptions, Regular Turkey Tours reserves the right to provide an equal or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Our company is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, or road closures).
9. Passenger Conduct
For everyone’s comfort and safety:
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- Any damage caused by passengers may result in a repair fee.
